Federal Socialist Forum Nepal Chairman Upendra Yadav also has a one-on-one meeting with visiting Indian Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj at Soaltee Crowne Plaza Friday morning.
Yadav was scheduled to meet Swaraj Thursday itself but it was postponed to today after he was late to return back to Kathmandu from Madhes. Yadav, a former foreign minister, reached Soaltee where Swaraj stayed overnight to meet her.
Swaraj felicitated Yadav on his party's performance in the recent elections, and the discussions focused on deepening India-Nepal bilateral relations, including enhancing people-to-people contacts, according to Spokesperson at the Indian Ministry of External Affairs Raveesh Kumar.
