President asks to provide technical education from local levels

President Bidya Devi Bhandari has stressed for development of school education to make a prosperous, modern and developed Nepal. Speaking at the Golden Jubilee celebration of Tribeni Secondary School at Katari in Udayapur district Tuesday, the President said that only skilled human resource can contribute to rapid development of agriculture, education, health, and tourism and industry sectors. She said that a large number of Nepali students going abroad for studies could be reduced if technical education was provided to the school level students at the local levels. On the occasion, Chief Minister of Province No. 1 Sher Dhan Rai announced to develop a model school of the Province No. 1 to the Trebeni Secondary School.
