The meeting of office-bearers of Federal Socialist Forum Nepal (FSFN) has ended on Sunday without finalizing the names of the leaders to join the government as ministers.
Co-chairman of the party Rajendra Shrestha said discussion was held on the political issues that must be agreed with the left alliance of CPN-UML and CPN (Maoist Center) before joining the government.
"We will join the government but have yet to agree on all the issues. We discussed that there must be agreement on political issues including constitution amendment before sending ministers to the government," Shrestha stated. "We did not discuss the issue of who should be made ministers in today's meeting," he claimed.
FSFN has also already taken a decision to join the government. The left alliance has already agreed to give two ministries and a state minister to FSFN.
Chairman Upendra Yadav is set to lead one of the two ministries the party will get but there are five aspirants for the other ministry.
