The Youth Association of Nepal has decided to hold its central working committee meeting in Kathmandu on April 16 and 17.
The meeting will focus on reviewing the country's current political scenario and the Association's nationwide organizational structure, according to YAN vice chair Dilu Panta.
YAN is the youth wing of CPN-UML. Besides, the meeting will touch on the issues relating to bases for unification with the CPN (Maoist Center)-aligned YCL and the Association's future course of action.
The gathering is expected to seek an appropriate process for the leadership handover in the aftermath of the election of Association chair Rajib Pahari as the State Assembly member. Holding the Association's general convention halted for a long is also the agenda of discussions during the meeting.
