Unification coordination meeting called for Thursday after Oli-Dahal meeting

Both parties summon meetings for internal discussion on unification

The unification coordination committee meeting has been called for 10 Thursday morning after Prime Minister (PM) and CPN -UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli and CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal held a two-hour long meeting on Wednesday.

The two parties have also called meeting of their respective party for internal discussion on unification, according to a source at the PM’s official residence in Baluwatar where the meeting starting from 10 Wednesday morning.

The CPN-UML has called standing committee meeting at 4 pm today. UML Secretary Yogesh Bhattarai informed that the standing committee meeting to be held at Prime Minister’s official residence Baluwatar will discuss issues related to party unification.

Similarly, CPN (Maoist Center) has also called an extended secretariat meeting at 4 pm today itself at Dahal’s residence Khumaltar.
