Bajura locals return home from India for elections
Migrant workers from the district, mostly who are in India, are gradually returning home to vote in the local poll. The local level election is going to be held after about 20 years in a new federal set up therefore, people have shown excitement for the poll.
A local of Budhiganga Municipality-10, Khamba Sarki returned home after eight years with an immense eagerness to vote. Sarki returned from New Delhi to vote in the local poll.
Similarly, Dhansingh Rokaya of Chhededaha Rural Municipality-1, also returned home for the election. He had gone to India just before three months. Rokaya shared that he returned home to file his candidacy in ward election.
Likewise, Ganesh Raule of Bhrahmatola, with his friends, also returned home for election.
Khadka Raj Joshi of Bitalmandu based bus ticket counter shared that about 400 to 500 locals daily were returning home from various places within the country and India these days for election. RSS

Woman kills husband over dispute in Myagdi
A woman allegedly killed her husband at Jugja, Devisthan of Malika Rural Municipality in the district. Taradevi Gharti hit her husband, 74-year-old Khadka Bahadur, with a shovel in a fit of rage after an altercation, killing him instantaneously, the District Police Office, Myagdi stated. The incident took place on Wednesday evening.

They were not allowed to look at the sun, to touch water source, flower, fruits, any male family member, nor even hear their voice. The activist may claim the situation has changed and I do agree but still during every month my loved ones turns into untouchables beings.
