A non-government organization has built 381 houses for the earthquake survivors, who lost their houses in the 2015 earthquake.
Lumanti, an NGO has built 155 quake-resistant homes in Laharepauwa and Dhunge of Uttargaya, according to Chairperson of Uttargaya rural municipality Upendra Lamsal.
Likewise, the NGO also help reconstruct 226 houses in Jhatapare, Dharapani and Katunje of Kalika rural municipality, according to Chair of the rural municipality Sita Adhikari.
The 381 houses were completed at the total cost of Rs 122.1 million including financial support from the Netherlands-based agency and as per agreement with the District Natural Disaster Relief Committee, said the Lumanti Project Coordinator in the district Prabesh Khanal.
