Two held for attacking man using knife in Jhapa

Police in Jhapa have arrested two people on the charge of attacking one Devi Sangraula of Arjundhara municipality-11 with a knife. The arrested are Ankit Pradhan, 16, of Arjundhara-11 and Sandesh Upreti, 17, of Arjundhara-6. They allegedly knifed the 36-year-old in his right chest in front of the Sirjana Hotel based in the local buspark last night, leaving him severely injured, Area Police Office, Birtamod said. Police caught them Wednesday morning and they would be tried under a case of attempt to murder.The two and the victim had a dispute before the incident. The injured is receiving treatment at the Birtamod-based B& C Hospital
