FIFA slaps four-match international ban on Messi
FIFA has slapped a four-match international ban on Lionel Messi on Tuesday dealing a body blow to Argentina’s hopes to qualify for the FIFA World Cup 2018 to be held in Russia.
FIFA ruled that the Argentina forward verbally abused a match official in a World Cup qualifying game against Chile that Argenitina won 1-0 with his penalty strike.
Messi was dealt the ban and a fine by FIFA's disciplinary panel. He will miss four of the Albiceleste's remaining five World Cup qualifiers, including the match against Bolivia later on Tuesday. He can only return for Argentina's final qualifier, away to Ecuador on October 10.
Messi and the Argentine football federation can appeal against the ban to FIFA.
The Barcelona superstar is accused of saying “f*** off, your mother’s a c***” to a match official.
Football's governing body picked up on his alleged use of foul language aimed at two assistant referees.

Challenges for reconstruction
One of the major challenges faced in the reconstruction process of Nepal is the absence of elected local government. Lack of government in local level was reflected in the major pre-disaster and post-disaster events, where it took months to reach the affected region and still no widely-accepted data is available. In the absence of an elected local government, top-down approach of governance has its own accountability deficit.

Menstrual taboo outdated

They were not allowed to look at the sun, to touch water source, flower, fruits, any male family member, nor even hear their voice. The activist may claim the situation has changed and I do agree but still during every month my loved ones turns into untouchables beings.
