Prime Minister (PM) KP Sharma Oli is preparing to expand his Cabinet Wednesday. Oli will expand his Cabinet including some ministers from CPN-UML and CPN (Maoist Center) by the evening, according to a UML source.
PM Oli and Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal are currently meeting at the PM's official residence in Baluwatar to decide sharing of ministries. "The two chairmen are meeting to decide sharing of ministries. The name of ministers will be decided after agreeing on sharing of ministries," Maoist Spokesperson Pampha Bhusal told Setopati.
UML leader Pradeep Gyawali also said the Cabinet will be expanded today itself if Maoist Center gives the names of its ministers.
The Oli Cabinet currently has three members including UML ministers Lal Babu Pandit and Tham Maya Thapa.
