PM Oli will not address parliament today

Prime Minister (PM) KP Sharma Oli will not address the federal parliament on Thursday as was scheduled. The address to the Houses has been stopped as PM Oli will address the nation on the occasion of Constitution Day on Friday, according to his press associate Chetan Adhikari. The budget session of the federal parliament will conclude on Thursday. PM Oli was scheduled to separately address both the Houses in the afternoon and answer the questions raised by lawmakers.
