Prime Minister (PM) and Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has hit back at the taunt of CPN-UML Chairman KP Oli, who said this term of Deuba will be the last time any NC leader will be PM, claiming atsrologers have said he will become PM three more times.
"Astrologers have said I will become PM seven times. I will become PM even after the election," Deuba hit back when media persons in Dhangadi on Thursday asked for his response to Oli's comments. He is currently serving as PM for the fourth time.
Addressing an election rally in Gorkha on Wednesday, Oli had said the left alliance will get majority in the upcoming elections and NC will never get to form the government making Deuba the last NC PM.
Deuba is currently in the Far West region for election campaign. He is contesting the federal elections from Dadeldhura and his wife Arzoo Rana Deuba from Kailali-5.
