Nepal reports 14 COVID-19 deaths, 1,202 test positive Saturday

Kathmandu, Sept 12

Nepal reported 14 COVID-19 deaths Saturday while 1,202 tested positive in the past 24 hours.

Health Ministry Spokesperson Dr Jageshwore Gautam said during the daily press briefing that the total number of cases now has increased to 53,120. Similarly, 852 persons have recovered in the past 24 hours taking the total to 37,524.

The government has conducted 10,176 PCR tests in the past 24 hours taking the total number of tests to 831,362 across the country until now.

Nepal has reported 14 more COVID-19 deaths in the past 24 hours taking the total death toll to 336.
