Five injured in separate road accidents

Five people were injured in two separate road accidents today along the Prithvi Highway. Four were injured, one seriously when two trucks collided at Phisling of Ichhakamana Rural Municipality-3 in Chitwan. The wounded are receiving treatment at Bharatpur Hospital, said the police. The accident took place when a Kathmandu-bound lorry (Na 5 Kha 9706) collided head on with another truck (Na 6 Kha 9899) heading to Muglin. Likewise, a man was injured when two trucks collided at Chumlingtar of the rural municipality. The injured man is the driver of one of the trucks involving the accident.
